Since 1991, WDS Marketing and Public Relations, Inc. has evolved from its creation as a direct marketing firm to an award-winning marketing, advertising, public relations, and events agency. WDS’ services encompass marketing strategies, public relations campaigns, media relations programs, innovative brand building and business milestone anniversary celebrations.

Clients include both small and mid-sized businesses in all areas of commerce.  We are proud to be the agency of choice for some of the most outstanding, dynamic entrepreneurs and business owners in the Missouri/Kansas regional, as well as other areas.

Success is not found in the status quo at WDS. Our goal is continuous improvement -- to provide greater value and increasingly superior results for our clients. To achieve these goals, WDS hones areas of expertise to provide integrated public relations programs and marketing campaigns with more strategic options than ever before. To this end, WDS added the planning and implementation of business milestone anniversary celebrations.  Through this service, we can further assist clients in building greater credibility, gaining media attention, honoring loyalty from employees and increasing their market share.  

WDS continues to gain recognition for the quality of our work and the results achieved.  We have been honored by the Kansas City Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America with the “PRISM Award of Excellence” in the categories of “Local or Regional Media Communications Campaign.” “Special Business Events” and “Media Relations Program.”  We were honored by the Kansas City Business Marketing Association with a “Fountain Award,” their highest honor, in the category of “Business Media Campaign” and two “Fountain Awards of Merit” in 2002 & 2003.

WDS Marketing and Public Relations is a member of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, the Kansas City Chapter of the Business Marketing Association, the Kansas City Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, the Kansas City Convention and Visitors Bureau, the National Association of Women Business Owners, and the Kansas City Council of Women Business Owners.   

Our agency offers pro bono services to outstanding not for profit associations each year.  This year, I am the Chair of the Marketing Committee for 90.1 FFKI FM Community Radio Station and Chair of the Public Relations Committee for the Kansas City Blues Society.  WDS also supports many worthy organizations including Solace House, Friendship House, Kansas City Harmony, and the Kansas Women's Business Center.
